December 2011 edit

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Jon Dore here. I did this because http://www.facebook.com/FentonFever is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 07:15, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more of the external links you added to the page Myq Kaplan, because they did not seem to meet our definition of appropriate links. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before adding it again.

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Nick Thune. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Jim1138 (talk) 07:18, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Zach Galifianakis with this edit. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.   This is your last warning; the next time you harm Wikipedia, as you did at Bo Burnham with this edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for adding spam links. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. bibliomaniac15 07:28, 1 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
