No specific reason. Is there something wrong with contacting those specific editors? I know about RfAs because that is how people are promoted to admins here. It is discussed on other websites and occasionally in the news, and Wikipedia is pretty easy to navigate. Is there something wrong with this? Chinicker (talk) 02:10, 6 March 2022 (UTC)

Selectively contacting other editors to influence an RfA (or anything else) is strongly discouraged. See WP:CANVASS. Acroterion (talk) 02:13, 6 March 2022 (UTC)

@Acroterion and Serial Number 51429: check out their contributions—same message to myself, Ceradon, Vami IV, and 力. All four of us have failed RfAs—Vami IV's and mine high profile, Ceradon's and 力's recently.
