Wikipedia is not for recipes
editWikipedia cannot accept copyright material unless a formal copyright release is made, as described at WP:Donating copyrighted materials. It is not enough to say that you write the material: release under Wikipedia's CC-BY-SA license allows any reader to copy, modify and re-use the material for any purpose including commercial, and it is essential that the actual copyright holder understands and agrees to that.
However, even if the copyright issue were resolved, I'm sorry, but this material is not suitable: Wikipedia is not a how-to guide or cook-book. Wikihow would be a more suitable place to publish your recipes. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 08:11, 18 August 2014 (UTC)

There is a long list of What Wikipedia is not, which under Wikipedia is not a manual, guidebook, textbook, or scientific journal #1 Instruction manuals includes
"an article should not read like a "how-to" style owner's manual, advice column (legal, medical or otherwise) or suggestion box. This includes tutorials, instruction manuals, game guides, and recipes."
