This reads like a CV (though one with a lot of SUPERFLUOUS CAPITALS). Still, it does list an impressive number of awards. Awards could certainly count towards notability. Three of these awards are sourced (or seem to be). And so I looked at the sources. Yes, one of the awards went (in part) to Terada. But the other two did not. They went instead to 平手健一 (perhaps Ken'ichi Hirade, perhaps a different reading, but definitely not Naoki Terada) of Terada's company. This misrepresentation is disturbing: if this draft is ever again submitted for review, I recommend that the reviewer examines the cited sources to check that they actually say what they're cited as saying.
