Re you talkpage note: you are welcome to write an appropriate, sourced article instead of simply posting the subject's resume, which is never acceptable. Television reporters are not automatically notable. I assume you can provide sourcing to newspapers? Please see WP:BIO for notability guidelines, and please refer to WP:BLP for specific information on biographies of living persons, and WP:RS for appropriate sourcing rules. I've done a little copyediting and wikifying to the sandbox article. It is entirely unsourced; if you want to drop links at the bottom of the page to the sources you'd like to use, I'll see if I can format them for you. Did you take the picture you'd like to upload? If not, it is unlikely that the image can be used, as Wikipedia only accepts free-content images. Acroterion (talk) 16:32, 22 June 2011 (UTC)

Here's the link to the sandbox: User:Chasm1945/sandbox. I've copied part of our conversation on my talkpage below so you don't have to go hunting on my talkpgage. It describes how to insert an image.

The photograph is still there (you can insert the image by placing [[File:Sue Manteris 6-10-11.png|thumb|right|220px]] at the head of the article), but it might be best to provide confirmation from Mr. Goya that use on Wikipedia projects is acceptable; instructions are at COM:OTRS. As for sourcing, Ms. Manteris is a primary source, and although I'm sure it's all correct, everything must be sourced to secondary sources that have been published. That means news articles, magazines, feature articles, etc. Personal communications are not verifiable, so they can't be used. I assume at some point in her career she's been the subject of a feature article in a newspaper? I see a lot of news sources (that specifically mention her litigation) by Googling. Since you appear to be closely associated with Ms. Manteris, you should review WP:COI for advice on editing under such circumstances. I don't see a problem in this particular case, but there's a lot of information on how to edit constructively when the subject is a personal acquaintance or colleague. You need to rewrite the offending content to remove any copyright concerns. Please note that I did not "approve" the article: you can never use copyrighted text verbatim on WP outside of narrowly-defined cases: you must rewrite, which really isn't that hard. Talkpages

Just so you know, the article talkpage is only for discussion related to the improvement of the article: they aren't a forum for discussion of the subject. For a variety of reasons, extending to exclusion of rumor and potential libel, forum-style discussions tend to be discouraged with varying degrees of harshness. As you can see the WP editing interface is as non-intuitive as you can imagine - it reminds me of editing in WordStar with command-key characters. While the Wikimedia Foundation goes around trying to interest new editors in coming here, they ignore the single highest bar to editing by new users. Apart from all the policies, guidelines, spoken and unspoken rules and pitfalls, it's quite hard to produce formatted articles without doing it by copying something that already looks pretty good. Speaking of which, you need to learn to thread your comments: you don't need to add a new topic each time. Just find the last part of the main conversation and indent using colons: each colon indents one tab. Intuitive, no? Not really.
