Licensing and Ownership of Images edit

Hey Chasekanaly,

I left you a message over on Commons, but wanted to drop in here in case you're not checking your Commons talk page. The images you've been uploading to Commons via Wikipedia are all being tagged as your "Own Work"; some of these have been copywritten images owned by someone else, and it's clear that "Own Work" isn't applicable to the images you're uploading.

Please ensure you properly tag and license images when uploading them, and do not upload images which are non-free to Commons. Note that continuing this behavior may result in you losing your ability to upload images to Commons at all.

Thanks! Dylnuge (TalkEdits) 17:17, 22 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
