THE ENGINES OF THESE CARS, WHICH BELONGED TO THE CBC, WERE BROKEN DOWN COMPLETELY DURING THE EXHIBITION AND A HEAVY, THICK BLACK SMOKE COVERED THE WHOLE AREA, WHILE THE THICK ROPES TIED ON THEM AND ON TH HANDS OF A. SAVVIDES WAS GOING TO PARTICIPATE THE SAME YEAR IN THE 1970 IFBB MR UNIVERSE IN BELGRADE.

NOTE: DURING THIS CHAMPIONSHIPS A. SAVVIDES WAS SUFFERING FROM A SERIOUS ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS. SIX MONTHS LATER HE WAS PARALYZED WITH SEVERE PAIN AND COULDN'T SLEEP IN BED. HE WAS SITTING (AND SLEEPING) IN AN ARMCHAIR. DOCTORS WERE GIVING HIM MORPHINE WITHOUT RESULT. THEN THEY ORDERED THREE INJECTIONS OF AN EXPENSIVE MEDICINE ($500 EACH)PAID BY THE GOVERNMENT. NO THERAPY. FINALLY, AFTER ONE AND HALF YEAR OF PARALYSIS AND ACUTE PAINS, ANDREAS FOUND HIMSELF A CURE. HE DENIES TO REVEAL IT TO THE AMAZED DOCTORS OR TO ANYBODY ELSE. THE GENEALOGY OF JESUS CHRIST

1. From Abraham to David, the evangelists Luke and Matthew mention the same names, except Joram who is mentioned only by Luke. Here the evangelist Luke made an error because Joram (= Ram) was brother of Aram (see Chron. 2, 1-15).
2. According to the evangelist Matthew, all the generations from Abraham to David are 14, and from David to deportation to Babylon (ie to Hechoniah) are 14, and from the deportation to Babylon to Christ are 14. Totally, however, he mentions only 40 and not 42 generations (3 X 14 = 42).
3. After David, Matthew and Luke disagree about the genealogical tree of Jesus, mentioning different names because Luke regards as continuator of the genealogy of David his son Nathan, whereas Matthew regards as continuator of the genealogy of David his son Solomon, whose mother was Uriah's wife. For example, Matthew says that the father of Joseph was Jacob, whereas Luke says that the father of Joseph was Heli. Also, from Nathan to Joseph, both names including, Luke mentions 41 generations, whereas from Solomon to Joseph, both names including, Matthew mentions only 26 generations. In reality the generations are much more. For example, (see Chron. 3, 5-24): Zerubbabel bore Anania, Ananias bore Sehenia, Sehenia bore Samea, Samea bore Noadia, Noadia bore Elithonan, etc.
4. However, the genealogical tree of Jesus has not great significance. Besides, Jesus himself said to the Pharises, "If David then calls him [him = Jesus] Lord, how can he be his son?" (See Matthew Ch. KB', 46, Mark Ch. IB', 37 and Luke, Ch K', 44). Of greater significance is the fact that Jesus has two natures, that is, the biological or human nature, with blood group that which was inherited ONLY from the blood group of his mother, and the divine nature, since Virgin Mary was discovered to be pregnant by the Holy Spirit. Many persons might wonder, "Since each human cell, including the blood cells, contains 46 chromosomes from which 23 are inherited from the father and 23 are inherited from the mother, how many chromosomes contained each cell of Jesus?" Each cell of Jesus contained 46 chromosomes, all inherited from his mother, as it happens exactly and with a clonally born child whose each cell contains 46 chromosomes, all inherited from his mother. Therefore, the heretical Christians who accept only the one nature of Jesus, such as the Monophysites,who accept only the divine nature of Jesus, are mistaken pitiably.

TWO BASIC DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ORTHODOX AND THE CATHOLIC CHURCH

1. Contrary to the Orthodox Church, the Catholic Church uses unleavened bread' (Host) for the Holy Communion because the Last Supper was held on the 1st day of unleavened bread, that is, on the 1st day of the Passover, on which they were eating unleavened bread (see Ch. 16, Para 1 and 2, in "Jesus of Nazareth", by A. Savvides). The Orthodox Church believes that the bread used in the Last Supper was leavened and not unleavened because the Greek word arton means leavened bread. Indeed, the word arton is mentioned once in each of the four Gospels, but in John's Gospel it is also mentioned three times the Greek word psomion (= piece of bread):

• Matthew: "Taking the arton ..."
• Mark and Luke: "Taking arton ..."
• John: (a) "He that eats with me the arton lifted up...". (b) " It is the one I am going to give him this psomion to, ...". (c) "Jesus dipped the psomion ...". (d) "After Judas had taken the psomion, ...".

Therefore, if in the days of the evangelists the word arton meant leavened bread, then John would repeat four times the word arton and not only once.

1. Contrary to the Orthodox Church, which believes that the Holy Spirit comes ONLY from God, the Catholic Church believes erroneously that the Holy Spirit comes from both God and Jesus. Jesus himself said clearly three times to his disciples that the Holy Spirit comes from the Father (see Ch. 16, Para 3 and 4b, in "Jesus of Nazareth", by A. Savvides:

• "And I will ask the Father to give you another Paraclete to be with you always. I mean the Spirit of truth ..."
• "But the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything ..."
• "But when the Paraclete comes, that is, the Spirit of truth, who εκπορεύεται from the father and whom I will send to you from the father, he will testify about me."

Therefore, the Holy Spirit comes ONLY fom the Father, but he can be sent through Jesus, after Jesus asks his Father to do so. The Greek word "εκπορεύεται" used by the evangelists was erroneously translated into English (and other languages) to mean "come". It doesn't mean exactly "come". There isn't an exact equivalent English word, but it is somewhat more near to the words "originates and comes".

MEANWHILE, I HAVE A QUESTION. I HAVE READ IN THE WIKIPEDIA UNDER THE TITLE "LIST OF MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKD OF THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS" THE FOLLOWING: List of Ministry of Communications ... since the independence in 1959:

Antonis Georgiades (6 April, 1959 - 15 August, 1960). Andreas Papadopoulos (16 August, 1960 - 20 April, 1966) ...

As I know, and as it is written in all the "History Books", the first elections for President took place on 31 December, 1959. Cyprus became officially independent democracy on 16 August, 1960, but during the last years, after a decision by the Council of Minsters, the Independence Day is celebrated on 1st October every year.

Therefore, why Antonis Georgiades [member of EOKA] is mentioned as the first Minister of Communications ...? Everybody here knows (and this is what is written in our history books) that the first Minister of Communications and Works of the Republic of Cyprus since the independence was Andreas Papadopoulos (member of EOKA, and one of the two persons whom the leader of EOKA Grivas Digenis trusted, according to his biography). Andreas Papadopoulos died about two months ago. I was present in his funeral. Andreas Savvides was also present because Savvides's mother (she died one year ago) and Papadopullos were first cousins. Papadopoulos mother, named OLGA, was aunt of A. SAVVIDES.

• I assume you are refering to this page? If you believe the page is incorrect you could raise an iddue on that articles talk page asking for verification. Seeing that the origional editor has been blocked from Wikipedia i raised an issue at Wikiproject Cyprus, asking them to verify the article. As i found no indication that "Antonis Georgiades" was indeed a political person im inclined to assume this page is a hoax altogether, though it might be possible that the above person was an interm minister, seeing his short ministership of the position.
