Hallo, (werde auf Englisch weiter gehen, damit andere Editors dies auch lesen können :-) To show that a journal is notable under WP's criteria is not easy. The indexing information that you posted on the talk page help. To give you some more ides, please have a look at the notability guideline for academic journals that I recently proposed. It is not accepted by the community yet, but it may give you some ideas about the kind of information that would be needed to show that the journal meets WP's criteria. I would not keep JLTonline separate from JLT, there is too much overlap (they even use the same website) and it is not unusual for a journal's website to have material that is not in the printed version. • Well, the article has been deleted. I recommend that before recreating it, you write it in your userspace at User:Charlotte_Lenox/Sandbox, this time providing some references about indexing, etc, that may help in showing notability. Sandbox

• I have created a sandbox for you here. As for notability, this is indeed a problem for many academic journals, not only those in the humanities. The simple fact that a journal exists is not enough. The guidelines that I have proposed are (hopefully) a way to get around WP:N, which requires publications in independent reliable sources about the subject of a WP article. As there are preciously few articles being written about journals, almost no academic journals would ever fulfill WPs notability guidelines... --Crusio (talk) 14:26, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
