Speedy deletion nomination of Digital Performance

edit

A tag has been placed on Digital Performance requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.  Chzz  ►  11:34, 8 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Digital Performance

edit

As Digital Performance is currently empty, it will be deleted by an administrator shortly. Would you like me to move it to a WP:User subpage so you can work on it at your leisure? Thanks, Top Jim (talk) 11:35, 8 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

School and university projects

edit

You may wish to look at WP:SUP, which deals with school and university projects. We ask that these projects be registered here so that the students and the overall class experience can benefit from Wikipedia's unique collaborative, community-based editing environment, and to avoid conflicts of expectations between students, teachers and the Wikipedia community. Please feel free to ask questions and we encourage interaction with other editors. However, school projects are subject to editing and improvement by editors uninvolved in the class, and we ask that you not treat articles as class or individual property, respecting community input. All content is subject to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines on sourcing, notability and style. Acroterion (talk) 11:46, 8 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Contesting of deletion of 'Digital Performance'

edit

Hi Mr.Administrator, just want to clarify that the page is not up for deletion anymore? I have placed a {{hangon}} on the page. I have cleaned it up with the references.

Nomination of Digital Performance for deletion

edit

A discussion has begun about whether the article Digital Performance, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Digital Performance until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Kinu t/c 21:16, 1 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
