Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address was used by another user and have warn the user not to use my phone to edit again. So please kindly unlock me so that I can edit, and I will also try to change my IP address for not open proxy again cheers. Changerbruss (talk) 22:50, 14 October 2021 (UTC)

First, we don't know what your IP is. But even if we did, you being blocked via a proxy means we can't unblock this way. You can go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow that process, and/or you can also try editing from some device you don't usually use.
