@Babbark: Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. There is nothing like that, Wikipedia is built by the community, people like you and me.. You can change the image if you want. But be sure it follows WP:NFCC. Also, I would recommend you to read some other Wikipedia policies and guidelines. Your talk page has a good welcome note with all the necessary links.
