Prolific

edit

I think they meant producing many quality singles out of their four album discography. Creed is very prolific if looked upon in that light. As it is sourced material I ask you do not remove it. TJD2 (talk) 23:18, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

But, my friend, that is not what prolific means. Prolific has nothing to do with quality. It is purely a matter of quantity. Guns and Roses had many quality singles off of their two albums, does that make them prolific? No. Bob Dylan has 40 plus albums. He is prolific. Mozart, over 600 compositions. He is prolific. Nick Drake had three wonderful albums, a beautiful songwriter. But he is not prolific, and neither is Creed. If prolific simply means good, then it means nothing. I am not a Creed hater. I am just someone who is strict about usage. Have you no respect for language?

I'm convinced. You may remove it from the article and I won't revert. Sorry about callin you a Creed hater, but a lot of people hate them nowadays and edit out anything that makes them look good in some instances.
