Jaber Castle edit

The two online sites used as a sources for the articles on Enclave and Exclave & List of enclaves and exclaves ([1] and [2]) do not list Jaber Castle as an enclave, so I believe it is not an enclave. Also according to the treaty I have seen indicates the area is just property

"The mausoleum of Suleiman Shah, the grandfather of Sultan Osman, the founder of the Ottoman dynasty, which is located in the Caber castle, and which is known by the term Turkish tomb, together with its annexes, will be the property of Turkey, and Turkey will place guards there and will raise the Turkish flag"

Thanks for the notice. I was actually wondering about how Shocktm was so sure about the matter. I am not yet convinced about the official interpretation of the treaty by the involved governments. The two links Shocktm has given above just point to amateur websites, which seemingly do not fit the WP:Reliable sources criteria. In any case, I believe the situation can only be clarified by locating and citing a reliable source like a statement used by the foreign ministry of either of the countries or an international organization. Atilim Gunes Baydin 12:30, 17 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Actually, the statements of the political leaders who represent the 'state practice' with their statements and actions underline that the said 'property' is a sovereign territory of Turkey. The wording of the political statement was half expressing, half implying that the said land is a micro-enclave.

Haber Kuşağı

A tag has been placed on Haber Kuşağı, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:Haber Kuşağı. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. Pyrospirit (talk · contribs) 18:33, 20 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

The article did not meet the criteria set out at WP:WEB. Basically, you need to supply reliable, independent, non-trivial sources to show that it is notable and meets the criteria. - TexasAndroid 23:02, 20 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Redirect of Haber Kusagi edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Haber Kusagi, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Haber Kusagi is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Haber Kusagi, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Niyazi Öktem edit

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Niyazi Öktem, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Mehmet Güney edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Mehmet Güney, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://69.94.11.53/ENGLISH/factsheets/guney.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 22:15, 26 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Inter-Entity Boundary Line (BiH) listed at RfD edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Inter-Entity Boundary Line (BiH). Since you had some involvement with the Inter-Entity Boundary Line (BiH) redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Speedy deletion nomination of Ekrem Ekinci edit

A tag has been placed on Ekrem Ekinci requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Unreferenced BLPs edit

Hello Cercersan! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 943 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
