Proposed deletion of Thais Arriola

edit

The article Thais Arriola has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Thais Arriola

edit

Thanks for the article, but it has a problem with WP:References. I've restored the proposed deletion tag per WP:BLP, since all of the references cited were about the artist Victor Arriola: none of them mentions the artist Thais, or even mentions Victor Arriola has a daughter. Can you find anything about here online from WP:Reliable sources, establishing her notability per WP:Notability (people)#Creative professionals? Thanks, Gurt Posh (talk) 08:27, 12 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Actually there are two Victor's mentioned in the article; her uncle, Victor Arriola Monjes, and her grandfather, Victor Arriola Reina. Carlos is her father and all her uncles, father and grandfather have established references to verify their recognition and significance in the arts globally. The problem is that as Thais is an up and coming artist, there is nothing published yet from what wikipedia defines as a "reliable" source. That being said, do we simply need to verify her connection to her father and uncles? How can we do this? Thanks, Ceppards (talk) 16:59, 12 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
