Hi, I noticed that you reverted it without even discussing. The official Flag of Israel doesn't have a border. A grey border makes the image look better on a white background, but heavy black border is overkill. I explained this in talk. Thanks. ←Humus sapiens ^ну? 03:46, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
