Some hints for editing on wikipedia

Edits on wikipedia need to be reliably sourced (WP:RS) to, ideally, a secondary source to enable them to be verifiable (WP:V). You can't use a self-published source such as a website, blog or self-published book. [1] is a self-published source and you cannot add material from that website. Further, you seem to indicate that is your website, in which case you need to declare a conflict of interest.

Wikipedia also does not allow you to publish original research or to analyse several sources in order to synthesise material. This is why Wikipedia publishes articles derived from secondary sources, you can't publish the results of your own interviews or research directly to wikipedia. WCM_email 11:55, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
