I ran across your draft and noticed "An exception exists for centralized air conditioning systems as these are now typically three-phase because this allows them to operate more efficiently."

Your statement is true for 50 cycles areas but not for 60 cycle areas like North America. Sad but true, three phase is never supplied to homes, instead they supply split phase. This is typically used for appliances that draw 30 amps or more. Dougmcdonell (talk) 05:58, 11 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
