HI, I agree with most of the changes you proposed to "service design" in wikipedia, but I would leave the reference to Ramaswamy and Norman, because I think they are relevant contribution for a better understanding of the nature and importance of service design. For the rest, I am glad that you cleaned up the text a bit, there were parts written by someone else which were quite confusing and I did not have time to modify them. Cheers nicomorelli
