Dear Catfishk, Thanks for your additions and changes to the so called "Gondokoro" photographs by Alexine Tine. In the meantime I have come to the conclusion that these 18 photographs were possibly made in at least four different locations: Thebes, Upper Egypt, Lower Nubia and Gondokoro. That is hardly surprising, as some photographs have a clear caption: Haute Egypte, Basse Nubie, Fleuve blanc, Petits Nubiens, Afrique centrale, 5eme degré de latitude. So I doubt the attribution to Gondokoro (except perhaps for 2 photographs), and this also raises some other questions (whose handwriting, dating).
