Re: pages created

Hi, I just want to say thanks for the concern. For the record the concerned text was a list of pieces of legislation from a government website, which carried both public domain release and a copyright notice, which are confusing at the very least, conflicting at best. To be on the safe side, I have rewritten the page, (the editor removed that problematic part when I opened the page today) and added new details with reliable source as well as voluntarily purging all images that might have potential copyvio issues. Sometime this month, all page creations I make are submitted as drafts instead of moving articles directly to mainspace. I take the terms of use very seriously, and I would want to believe that I conform to it. But still, I am reviewing all past and present contributions just to be sure. Again, thanks for being kind. Verbosmithie (talk) 09:19, 28 May 2019 (UTC)

Verbosmithie Hi, if the sources stated public domain, then they can be copied word by word /use them in any way and for any purpose - see Wikipedia:Public domain; however, you need to make sure the sites states public domain disclaimer. You can add "PD-notice" with double curly bracket before and after the "PD-notice" and place it after Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page).

The list of Voice Senior

Hello CASSIOPEIA, thank you for letting me know that my article about The Voice Senior wasn't ready for Wikipedia yet. I have now added 6 independent sources, so I hope this article is now OK for Wikipedia. Greetings RuedNL (talk) 11:21, 4 June 2019 (UTC)

When I made this article I used The Voice Kids as an example, because it is exactly the same approach, only a different version of the format. RuedNL (talk) 12:26, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Hi RuedNL Greetings. Thank you for providing the sources. I rename to The list of Voice Senior as it is a list article. Reviewed and accepted. Thank you for your contribution and happy editing. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 12:31, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Sorry, I wasn't aware of this discussion when I moved the article. It doesn't matter to me whether it is a list article or not, I assumed the title was a mistake because "The list of Voice Senior" doesn't make sense to me. If it is to be a list article, shouldn't it be something like "List of The Voice Senior TV series", or something like that, so that the phrase "The Voice Senior" isn't broken up? -- Ed (Edgar181) 13:10, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Edgar181 Hi Greetings. It is a list article, and I will change to your suggestion - "List of The Voice Senior TV series". Thank your for your message. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 13:13, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Hi RuedNL I renamed the page to List of the Voice Senior TV series. cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 13:19, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
OK, but the title The Voice Senior should remain as a redirect. It is clearly a likely search term for someone looking to find information about any or all of the franchise variations. Also, (sorry for being nitpicky) I think the title should capitalize the word "The" because it is part of the TV series' name - List of The Voice Senior TV series rather than List of the Voice Senior TV series. -- Ed (Edgar181) 13:26, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Edgar181 Makes sense and done the redirect - see The Voice Senior. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 13:39, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Thank you for the help. Maybe we should do the same by The Voice Kids, because it is the same format and almost the same kind of article. RuedNL (talk) 15:13, 4 June 2019 (UTC)
Hi RuedNL Done and see List of the Voice Kids TV series. I keep the redirect as well - see The Voice Kids. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 00:05, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

Waste management in Australia: Categorization

Hello, you suggested additional categories in the article "waste management in Australia", and I added a few. However, I am not sure whether categories such as Australia-China relations, Australian Aboriginal culture, Economy of Australia etc. should be included as well, as their subjects are included in the article, but refer only to specific sections. If it's not the case, may I remove the template? 江波 ~ quellatizia (talk) 05:20, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

Quellatizia G'day. I dont think the mentioned cats should be there for the subject article. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 10:11, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

Draft:List of Acura vehicles

Hi CASSIOPEIA. I was wondering if you can restore Draft:List of Acura vehicles to article space. There is an informal consensus here to split Acura-badged cars from the Honda list. And the Acura list creator already removed Acuras from the Honda list, so things are a bit messy now. If you don't think it's a good idea to move the draft back to article space, suggestions on how to procede are welcomed. Regards. --Urbanoc (talk) 14:56, 5 June 2019 (UTC)

@Urbanoc and Ee2mba:, Greetings.
Hi Urbanoc, the reason the article was moved to draft page was the no sources (inline citations) were provided. Please note that stand alone list article do need multiple independent, reliable sources to support the content claimed just like any other articles - see WP:STAND and my comment to Ee2mba here - at the WikiProject Articles for Creation Help Desk.
Hi Ee2mba, Besides the suggestion to house the subjects of the list in a table format with "Ref" (inline citation) column, you need to (1) provide a brief description of the subjects and (2) provide a MOS:LEAD on top of the page. Once it is done, then submit the draft for review. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 03:02, 6 June 2019 (UTC)

Ee2mba You are welcome and please see the above message named " Draft:List of Acura vehicles " message by user Urbanoc which involved you. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 02:27, 6 June 2019 (UTC)

It's not copyvio - the source that's being flagged is CC-BY 2.0, which is a wiki-compatible license. Yeah, the author should paraphrase better, but it's not G12 material. Just wanted to give you a heads-up since I saw you've marked it G12 a couple times. I made the same mistake earlier, but the draft author pointed me at the license and we worked it out. I left a note on the talk page to that effect as well. creffett (talk) 01:37, 6 June 2019 (UTC)

Creffett Greetings. From the Pdf, I could not find it, but on the parent website is where it stated. Thank you for informing. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 02:41, 6 June 2019 (UTC)

AaqibAnjum Greetings and   Done. Please expand the MOS:LEAD section a few more sentences and rearrange the list in alphabetically by first or last name. Also you might want to put the list in a table format. Thank for your contribution and happy editing. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 13:43, 7 June 2019 (UTC)

Draft:The Cause For Joseph Immaculate

Dear Cassiopeia,

I have read your message regarding my new page of "The Cause For Joseph Immaculate" and I now have the information needed for you to get in touch with the writers of the article on "Justification". The email address is:truth@compellingturth.org Could you please get in touch with them straight away so that my page is not deleted. I would really appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please message me to let me know that you have seen my message here. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely. June Brown. — Preceding unsigned comment added by FJBrown (talkcontribs) 14:51, 7 June 2019 (UTC)

FJBrown Greetings. You draft page has been deleted due to copyright infringement which means you have copied and paste the content from "complelingturth.org", a copyrighted site, to the draft page. You need to write the article in your own word and in neutral point of view. Secondly, "complelingturth.org" can be cant be reliable source as it states on their web site "Presenting the truth of the Christian faith in a compelling, relevant, and practical way. Our mission is to take the questions, issues, struggles, and disagreements that exist within the Christian faith and shine the truth of God's Word on them. We believe the truth of God's Word is compelling." Pls look for books sources. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 04:07, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

Review My Article

Dear CASSIOPEIA

I have followed what the administrator that moved my article to Draft said together with the advice of all the senior Wikipedians that I have discussed with. I have removed my unreliable sources and added 2 news reliable sources. The news sources are from a local news website. The two sources have almost the same title but different information provided. Please do review my article as writing articles for everyone is my passion. I learn as I go and I love taking in advice. I have taken in alot and hope this is the time for the confirmation to include my article into Wikipedia.

Artciel for reviewing: Draft:J. Philip Vincent

Thank you very much CASSIOPIA

Mathewanderson7232 (talk) 12:27, 29 May 2019 (UTC)Mathew Anderson (talk)

Mathewanderson7232 Greetings. if you look at the history page of the article on "02:16, May 22, 2019‎ Noq talk contribs‎ m  4,589 bytes 0‎  Noq moved page J. Philip Vincent to Draft:J. Philip Vincent without leaving a redirect: Undersourced, incubate in draftspace. Honours section is unsourced, references with just passing mentions of him are not WP:significant coverage, Politician needs expanding - what role does a vice chairman play in the party?" - this is the reason why the page was moved back to draft space. The two sources you added didnot mentioned about the 'Honours of Malaysia" as per article claimed. Do note, sources can be in any languages. Since the subject is an Indian politician party vice president, and if you know India language, you might able to find some Indian newspaper sources of the subject. I tried to look for the subject in English and not able to locate more sources than what you have added. You could also find book sources. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 12:36, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
Dear CASSIOPEIA
this was my mistake. I have removed the 'Honours of Malaysia' and just left the Penang honours as those honours were only sourced. And just for your information, in Malaysia, the place i currently live, honours are not given individually there accumulate everyone and give all honours one shot. For example 10 people are receiving the honour so the governor or Penang will award all at once and the news companies will publish all of the 10 people in one article as they don't stress on each individual. I am a writer of The Star Newspaper and The Star Online which is how I quickly manage to get the sources on your command. However, I did remove what I was told to remove. And also I need to inform you that this man I am writing about has resigned as a politician long ago. He is now a businessperson. So at that time, not good media or sourcing companies actually published this which is why I have trouble finding sources. In today's world, he is a businessperson. So please understand that I have limited sources of him as a politician since 2009 which is why I stated only a few details which could be refered back to. I really need your help CASSIOPEIA to give me the green light.
Thank you very much and I hope you understand and approve my article. Once my article gets approved, I wont stop finding for sources and keep adding them to my article as requested by Noq.
Mathewanderson7232 (talk) 05:04, 30 May 2019 (UTC)Mathew Anderson (talk):
Mathewanderson7232 First of all, if you are a WP:PAID editor (paid to write this page) then you need to WP:DISCLOSURE your conflict of interest on the (1) article talk page and (2) your user page. Pls see [[WP:DISCLOSURE] for info and instruction (make sure you do that) as Wikipedia strongly discourage editor with COI to edited on affected page. Secondly, if you currently live in Malaysia and is a journalist in a major newspaper and cant find any sources to further support the requirements needed then, it would be hard for anyone to assist. Have you try book that talk about him in part? Check on print material in the library, if the article is about him even he is a business man now, along as it mentioned the content in the article, you can use it as reference. Even if the honour he received is in group, and the sources indicate his name and the "name of the honour" he received that is good enough to use that source. As a vice president of a polical party even in State level is no small roles, there should be sources out there that talk about him or he have made some news on his political activities. I have approved and other review viewed more sources should be given. Since at the moment there is no changes for such it would not be a good practice for me to approve the same state again and I will leave it to other reviewers to do what they see fit. once The draft will stay in Wikipedia for 6 months before it is deleted. So try to find the sources. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 05:36, 30 May 2019 (UTC)
Dear CASSIOPEIA
I will follow your instructions as you adviced. I will look for as many sources as possible. By the way, I do have some books that have great content about him but is not registered with an ISBN but can be found at libraries. Can I still use that as a reference? Because if its a yes then I have a lot to write.
Thank you very much.Mathewanderson7232 (talk) 16:13, 2 June 2019 (UTC)
Mathewanderson7232 Add book sources as what you could find. Anyway try Google books (do provide chapter and page number on reference). Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 05:52, 3 June 2019 (UTC)
Dear CASSIOPEIA
I have added new references and some non-english references like you asked. I also added some books and magazines that can be refered back to including some new newspaper articles. Please do review my article.
