Once you've translated it, you replace the {{notenglish}} template on the article with {{cleanup-translation}}, moving the entry from the pages for consideration section to the translated pages that could still use some cleanup one, if you prefer that someone else takes a look at it. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button
