I happen to have reviewed Sebastian Shaw (actor) at FAC, and recall that he passed away some 15 years ago. I don't see any BLP issues with other people mentioned in the article, so I have removed the BLP flag from the article. I presume that means it should be removed from this list, but I'm hesitant to fiddle with your statistics, so I'll leave that for you. On another note, BLPs as a percentage of FAs might be a useful statistic; they are certainly rare. Maralia (talk) 02:43, 28 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. I'm going by talk page tags as I can't work out how to get CatScan to intersect article category tags and talk page tags. Some featured articles are not biographies, but still have BLP concerns and get the {{blp}} tag slapped on the talk page to warn people of this, so I'm going to do another query to see how many featured articles have the blp tag on their talk pages. It should include all these ones, but some are here because they have "living=yes" in the {{WPBiography}} template, though I think that automatically puts "blp" on the page as well. Category:Biography articles of living people should explain better than I can. Carcharoth (talk) 07:28, 28 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Does anyone know why The Quatermass Experiment has a blp tag? Carcharoth (talk) 08:13, 28 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Looked at the article and history and don't see any need for it. I have removed the tag. Incidentally, the tag was added the same way as the one above: apparently pasted in while incorporating {{WikiProject BannerShell}}. Maralia (talk) 15:07, 28 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
