Never Forgotten National Memorial. edit

Re: Never Forgotten National Memorial. You asked what facts you did not source. The problem is this statement is a personal opinion and what we call "original research":

"(Unfortunately for MacKenzie's assertion, ships sailing from Halifax to Europe would be sailing east, and the Cape Breton Highlands are northeast of Halifax by more than 300 kilometres. Also, a ship must be less than 84 kilometers offshore for the Highlands to appear above the horizon.)"

and

(Mobbs is obviously unfamiliar with the geography of Cape Breton, and has likely never heard of the Marconi National Historic Site and the Marconi Wireless Station National Historic Site.)

See Wikipedia:No original research and Wikipedia:Neutral Point of View. You can post an opinion - but it can't be yours. If you can find a reliable published source that makes the same point you can quote them but you can't write in an argumentative or polemical manner. Don't write articles as if you are a newspaper columnist, write them as if you are writing a neutral encyclopedia article. Wellington Bay (talk) 22:55, 18 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
