Proposed deletion of NORML South Africa

The article NORML South Africa has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Subject doesn't meet notability guidelines for companies and organizations.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
