I understand I have not been responsive to many issues raised in chat. I have been mainly focused on improving various articles on Wikipedia and not focused on the dramatics of the community. • dates
• years
• commonly known geographical terms (including well-known country-names), and
• common terms you’d look up in a dictionary (unless significantly technical).

(This even applies for infoboxes.)

Following the link here ( http://www.billboard.com/artist/ ), and also the link in Kiesza does NOT actually show her chart position (at least not on the landing page). Now, I'm leaving in the information, because I now see it is correct. But, we aught to show a correct link which actually shows the relevant Canadian chart information, or not show any link. Colin Fraser disambiguation

Hi Canadaolympic989, i came across the newish disambiguation page you created at Colin Fraser because there was a new link to it, and i participate in wp:WLM disambiguation.

Contributing the disambiguation page is good, but one small problem is that you did so with a "copy-and-paste" move, which lost (or detached) the editing history to the Colin Fraser (ice hockey) topic. At the Colin Fraser page, which was then the page about the hockey player, you should have moved it to Colin Fraser (ice hockey), which would created a new redirect at Colin Fraser temporarily, which you would have then edited to become the disambiguation page. (What you did was edit the ice hockey player page to become the disambiguation page, and copy-pasted its content to a new page. Copy-paste moves are always to be avoided.)

I will now ask for the pages to be moved around by an administrator to fix that situation. In the future, I hope you can keep in mind the goal of keeping edit history with an article. If in doubt with page moves, you should make a request at wp:RM for Requested Moves. Sometimes it is not possible for non-administrators to make a page move, in which case you have to ask there, like I do now to get the fix done.
