According to the block log, your username is not autoblocked, that is, the software is not automatically blocking any IP address this account uses. If your IP address is blocked, you will need to log out and request an unblock on your IP address's talk page. However, since your username is a clear violation of our username policy, in that it is an attack against one of our editors - presumably the one who blocked you - it may be unlikely that an administrator would accept your request. Also, the helpme template is not the proper way to request an unblock. Use the {{unblock}} template for that.
