However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

The usual criterion for inclusion in Wikipedia is explained here. Very basically, we only summarise information that's already published in reliable sources that're independent of the subject. We do this to ensure both that our information is verifiable, and that it can be written neutrally. In cases where an article gives no indication it might meet this criteria, it can be speedily deleted (deletion normally occurs after a discussion, but in clearly hopeless cases, the discussion doesn't happen). This is explained here.

The usual general advice to avoid writing about yourself and/or your projects (in depth, read Wikipedia:Autobiography). If you're looking for a Wiki place to host information about your fantasy airline, Wikia may be appropriate, or there are some others listed at Comparison of wiki hosting services. I'm not sure what you're looking for beyond the advice above. A page about a company/organisation that gives no cause to think it might meet the inclusion criterion spelt out here can be deleted without a discussion, because it's unambiguous that if there was a discussion, the page would be deleted. If you want a place to provide the public with information about yourself or your group, Wikipedia simply isn't that place. WilyD 08:20, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

Clay Westervelt

Anything derived from copyright infringement is still going to be copyright infringement. The only possible solution is to delete it all and start again. The only place this can be discussed is the next round of negotiations to amend the Berne Convention - I cannot provide you with any help on this. WilyD 08:22, 26 June 2014 (UTC)
