November 2019 edit

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

I've only just joined recently - a little under a week I think. As such, I don't really know what I may have done wrong. The block parameters: "account creation disabled," however, leads me to believe that something in regards to my account, and its creation is at fault. I looked at Wikipedia:Sock puppet, which I think is the main cause for these blocks to be implemented, and what I learned there was that sock-puppetry is extremely dangerous as sockmasters can dodge blocks or restrictions with them. I'm not a sockmaster. I just created this account under a week ago, when I learned that making an account was easy, and I saw that a couple of my friends at school had some. I realize that you probably won't take my word for it at face value, so I'll forward a picture showing that there are multiple people on this IP who use Wikipedia to arbcom-en@wikimedia.org. You can cross-examine this, by checking all IP's in my account, and cross-referencing it to my friend, Caker18. You'll find that we both edit Wikipedia at our homes, each of which have different IP's. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. If there's anything that you need clarification on, I'll be on from 4-7 PST for the rest of this week. Cake (talk) 00:40, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time as this is a sockpuppetry and/or checkuser block. Check users have access to technical and personally identifying information they may not disclose openly on Wikipedia. Please read and heed the relevant sections of the WP:GAB. If this is not your original account, you will need to appeal at your original account.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

It's okay. As I'm the one being blocked, and all relevant evidence, personal or not, has to do with me, would it be possible for me to see the evidence elsewhere? My account is attached to my email address - could they send it to me there? Thanks, Cake (talk) 15:18, 20 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're trying to say. Can you maybe rephrase that?
