I have made some changes to Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Philip Awadalla. I think these improve the article in terms of WP:Notability.
Have a look. You may want to resubmit it. I think the best way to do that is to ask Arthur goes shopping. There is a link to his talk page at the top of Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Philip Awadalla.
