Overall the layout of the page looks very professional and isn’t overwhelming. The amount of links to other wikipedia pages is very helpful in order to fully understand what is going on in the article. The intro section is short and to the point and gives a good summary of the article.

The article is non-biased and remains neutral throughout.

I feel like the sentence in the signal transduction section “Oscillation of Ca2+ concentration is directly affected by the signal-transduction activity of P2Y1; specifically, through protein kinase C phosphorylation of Thr339 in the carboxy terminus of the P2Y1 receptor” could use a little more explanation.

The progression of the structure section is very nice. The picture helps a lot with visualizing things. Don’t forget to add a space after the comma in between G protein and control in the sentence. “The extracellular regions interact with the receptor ligands, while the intracellular regions activate the G protein, control receptor internalization, and mediate dimerization.”

I was very confused by the coupling section. The chart didn’t really help me understand what was going on.

All of the sources worked well, and you had a good variety from many different journals. Overall this is a very good article. The only thing I would suggest is a little bit more information on the coupling section, however I understand that it can be really hard to find reliable sources on some things. Good job, it looks really nice so far!
