The article has insufficient WP:RS to verify the actual usage - apart from the map... I would strongly suggest finding a couple of other more pertinent sources to clarify the usage - then - and then, the category might have a sense of whether the usage was confined to a specific era, - as it is unlikely that the term 'indochina' could actually be used in a contemporary sense at all satusuro 13:32, 26 February 2015 (UTC)

Please note that on english wikipedia, in 5 years, no editor has added any reliable source to what was the article, another user, in response to that has moved the article to another name. Note that WP:RS are the important aspects of a subject or topic, not a 'point of view' - (understand that WP:NPOV is important) - if you have good sources to verify the usage of the term - you can do so at the new article... where it would be appropriate. The category is on a deletion list, and not an appropriate place for any comment. satusuro 15:13, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
