You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Katietalk 19:48, 16 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Yes, I understand that I can possess multiple accounts. But what I don't understand is how I can be accused of abusing those accounts when none of them can be edited from, including this one now. UnbiasedVictory is globally blocked and cannot be logged into and Amerijuanican is indefinitely blocked and cannot be edited from. This sock puppetry offense keeps coming back to haunt me and I really haven't done anything wrong. I'd like to make an account, abide by the rules as I have been doing and forget about my previous account blunders that Wikipedia administrators seem to keep reminding me of by blocking me indefinitely. I ask please for an administrator to reconsider my block, and then allow me to build as a Wikipedia editor without harassment. Thank you for taking the time to view this request.

Decline reason:

A block applies to the person, not to the account. it is you, personally, who the block is aimed at. By creating another account nd editing from it while blocked you are guilty of block evasion, which is automatically subject to an immediate block. to request unblock you will need to return to, and discuss, the reasons which led to your initial block.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 21:09, 16 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

That was helpful Anthony Bradbury"talk", but I had been doing well under the Amerijuanican account for six months to a year and I had been accepted by other editors, particularly administrative editors, the entire time while trying to leave my previous account blunders behind and suddenly I'm being tossed back to square one. In short, how do I return to and discuss the reasons which led to my initial block on the talk page of my original account when it's globally blocked and doesn't even allow me to log into it? Please help me, because no other character has been kind enough to do so thus far. C 1 J 1 7 L 9 4 (talk) 21:35, 16 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
OK; please tell us what you feel caused your block, and what you intend to do if unblocked. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 22:20, 16 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for taking the time to view this Anthony Bradbury"talk". I was blocked for abusing multiple accounts (sock puppetry), but Amerijuanican (my account at the time) was the only account I had the ability to edit from. Meaning I couldn't have abused multiple accounts, at best only one account - my own, but even that wasn't committed. If unblocked I would continue to abide by the rules as I was doing before this happened and ruined an editing name I was very happy with. Again, thank you for taking the time to view my request. Request reason:

I believe I was wrongfully blocked because I did not abuse multiple accounts (I.e. commit sock puppetry), frankly I have no other accessible account to abuse and kindly ask any administrator to give me the opportunity to leave my previous accounts behind for good as I was attempting to do prior to my indefinite block. Thank you to whoever for taking the time to view this request. C 1 J 1 7 L 9 4 (talk) 06:26, 17 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

You don't seem to understand yet that creating a new account when you are blocked is not allowed. That is the abuse. Think of it like Fred Smith being banned from a bar - he can't just change his name to Joe Bloggs and expect to get served in the bar. It's the person that's blocked - under ANY name. Abusing multiple accounts can be serial or parallel. Some people use a handful at one time, switching from one to another every few minutes. Others get blocked on their one, then create another, then another and so on. Like chain smoking. Both ways of behaving are against the way Wikipedia works. Peridon (talk) 11:10, 17 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
I'm not asking to have my name changed to Joe Bloggs, Mr. Peridon, I've simply made abusive mistakes as a very, very young editor under the globally-blocked account UnbiasedVictory when I didn't have any clue how Wiki worked. I was doing perfectly fine with administrators for about six months to a year under the account Amerijuanican before one of them blocked me for being a sock puppet for UnbiasedVictory, which confused me because the account can't even be logged into. I want to move on and be given a second chance, but no one will allow me. I'm a far more knowledgeable editor now and believe I deserve that very thing. But simultaneously, I feel as if I'm wasting my time. I ask again, and hopefully for the last time, any administrator with the ability to unblock me please do so as soon as possible. And if it's not possible to unblock my account, please give me detailed instructions on how to get myself per se unblocked. I really enjoy editing on Wikipedia and would like to continue. Thank you for taking the time to view my request. C 1 J 1 7 L 9 4 (talk) 21:19, 17 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
As your first account User:UnbiasedVictory has been globally locked you will have to apply at meta:Steward requests/Global for that account to be unlocked. Only then can any unblock of that account or any other account you wish to use on this Wikipedia can be considered. Nthep (talk) 21:26, 17 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, Nthep. You've by far provided me with more assistance than any other user/user administrator on this site and I truly thank you for taking the time to do it. Cheers and much respect. C 1 J 1 7 L 9 4 (talk) 22:13, 17 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

User:HJ Mitchell, given that you are an administrator with experience in dealing with User:UnbiasedVictory (which is me), I'd like to ask you for a favor. That was my first account on this site and it's been globally-blocked due to naive edits made in my early stages of being a Wikipedia editor. Now, consequently, every time I create an account and attempt to leave my blunders and the account in general behind I'm blocked indefinitely for UnbiasedVictory sock puppetry - as if I'm metaphorically chained to this blocked account. Please unblock it and allow me to create a tasteful account that I can solely and responsibly edit from. Thank you for taking the time to view this request. See this essay Wikipedia:Standard offer keep to its terms and then do as Nthep says and then apply at meta:Steward requests/Global for the account User:UnbiasedVictory to be unlocked. As you can only do that by using a sock puppet account I suggest that you consider Unblock Ticket Request System or email the Arbitration Committee as detailed at WP:BASC, requesting that someone else applies to meta:Steward requests/Global for you once you have followed the advise in the standard offer. -- PBS (talk) 00:35, 23 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
