Hey, just saw the edit message. Yeah, I think whoever wrote it after "in" did so by mistake. The stylization meant as opposed to without the ellipsis at all. Which tbh, I am firmly in the camp of those who side with the article should match the stylization, because Criterion Collection, film historians/archives, and so forth will often stick with that over the basic. But meh, until the contradictory armada is ready to amass, I'll refrain from that edit war nowadays lol. Anyway, just wanted to explain what I did here. --Cinemaniac86Dane_Cook_Hater_Extraordinaire 15:25, 16 August 2023 (UTC)

Yeah, I believe you're right. I found the footnote confusing because it repeats the exact same title. I think it would be better if it just said "often shortened to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", or fully explained that the official title is X, but it's commonly referred to as Y. Adult animated shows

Hi there! Not challenging you at all, but do you have a link to where the consensus was established against identifying shows such as Family Guy and American Dad! as adult? Could be helpful to me going forward. Thank you! DonIago (talk) 14:37, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

For Family Guy, here's an RfC from several years ago. You can also search the talk page archives for "adult" and several discussions come up. Also just based on my watching of the page, I remember "adult" was added several times and then removed. I don't watch American Dad! as closely, but it seems like a reasonable assumption that the same arguments from Family Guy would apply. CWenger (^@) 14:47, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
Thank you! Again, I wasn't challenging you at all; I just wasn't aware of any actual discussion having occurred...of course, the real punchline here will be when it turns out that I participated in said discussion... DonIago (talk) 02:48, 21 August 2023 (UTC)
