SOCTTISH COLOURS edit

If Celtic are so Scottish, why don't they wear the Socttish colours??

By the way, I have noticed that on your username signature (or whatever you call it) you place the Irish colours ahead (left) of the Scottish colours (right). Although it is true that the left is usually sinister (siniestro- Latin, Spanish for left).

Just pointing it out!!—Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.194.56.12 (talkcontribs)

Not worthy of a reply. (Spanish for left is izquierda)

Camillus (talk) 01:40, 25 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

-- NO -- it is "izquierdo", but it is also siniestro/a.

Well, it's izquierda or izquierdo, as someone who has a degree in Spanish would know. Camillus (talk) 21:22, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Siniestro is "left"-I know because I have a degree in Spanish. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.194.3.172 (talkcontribs)

According to my dictionary, siniestro is Spanish for "sinister". Camillus (talk) 21:22, 27 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

FIFTH COLUMNIST PARASITE/CENSOR edit

Never threaten me again -- this will be the only warning you will receive on that score.

Forget about trying to censor me, as well, although I know as an Irish Catholic (forget pretending you're Scottish, I don't buy the propaganda), it's in your blood.

And learn to respond to your messages timely, even though I cannot claim to be a Mick Derrig or a James Slevin, with whom you have far more in common than you may care to publicly admit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.194.3.172 (talkcontribs)

What a load of shite. The only reason you cant send another 'warning' is becuase you are using some script kiddie program like ghostsurf or tor as a proxy, and you don't know how to manually configure a browser to surf via that same proxy again ya zoomer. --McTrumpet 23:10, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

MICK DERRIG (SAOIRSE) edit

I am glad you followed my instructions and did not dare to threaten me with anything.

Camillus--you are a fifth columnist in Caledonia (with your Irish passport); your family had no right to migrate there. They should have gone to the US, or another country to which they might eventually been able to be loyal. FIFTH COLUMNIST edit

You are a fifth columnist in Caledonia (join the Ancient Order of Hibernians, by the way), and everyone knows just by your name.

Try and get a job with MI5 or MI6 with your name; David Neligan reborn would have a better chance. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.31.83.202 (talkcontribs)

I say edit

I say, who is this chap blathering on about like an eedjit?? AodhBlathmac@eirelover.net 22:21, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yet another sock of Robert Sieger, one minute he's a girl, next he's pretending to be Oirish! LOL! Camillus (talk) 22:27, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Is that what you chaps in Caledonia call a "metrosexual"?

I don't know about such things, I was educated by the Irish Christian Brothers (like Patrick Pearse), and they convinced me I'm a wanker. —Preceding unsigned comment added by AodhBlathmac@eirelover.net (talkcontribs)

You're a wanker, so am I!! I prefer to masturbate about Michael Collins and Vinnie Byrne--Arthur Griffith and James Connolly were too ugly!!

HI!!!!! edit

Hi, Camillus-- we've never communicated directly but I see we share a lot of the same interests.

What part of Ireland are you from?? My family is from Kilgarvan, County Kerry, and Ballina, Mayo, but I am a US citizen, "red, white and blue" as they come.

I was interested in some of your Irish-Scots examples, and I am afraid I have to disagree.

Sean Connery doesn't seem to have ever considered himself Irish, and the sainted Connolly really didn't consider himself Scottish, certainly not after he got involved with Irish politics. That's pretty obvious, especially for a fellow Celt, to know.

There are also some unsavory types who should be included, you know "warts and all" (Cromwell is still in hell, right??).

Bye.

Came back to fix my typos-Sister would wear out a ruler if she ever saw those!!

Hey, Camillus edit

I don't understand your last message, who's Robert??

Did you guys have a spat??

So you were born in Donegal and moved as a child to Scotland, or you were born in the UK?? I'm not clear.

I'm glad to see you haven't forgotten your true colors, anyway.

I heard that Donegal is one of the most beautiful counties in Ireland; I can't wait to visit Buncrana, Letterkenny, Gortnabrade, and I'll check out your folks pace too.

Gerry Adams, Martin McGuinness, and Sir Gerry Robinson (the wealthiest Irishman in the UK, in case you didn't know) all have homes there. And of course, so does Enya and her large family.

I love visiting Ireland; I have already visited 38 ot the counties, I'm just waiting to visit the rest (Shamrockshire, Kilburn and one or two others).

Anyway, it was nice of you to write me.

P.S.: Make up with this Robert: Believe me, true love doesn't come along all that often to be cast aside, and it's not like we are back in the bad old days. Now we have great guys like Morrissey (I love that song he wrote about Margaret Thatcher on the guillotine, although lately he's been taking to calling himself "English", what's that about??), Boy George, Michael Barrymore (Ciaran Parker), Michael Gambon (I strongly suspect), etc.

It's worse here in the States with the St. Patrick's Day Parade being run by those auld dinosaurs, but I hear Dublin rocks!!

Take care. Brandubh Blathmac 00:23, 30 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

RAMELTON edit

Hey guess what I reread the Wikipage for Ramelton, and I actually was able to improve it.

I feel so great.

I don't know if you know the reference to Chris Fogarty, but he is a Chicago-based activist for Irish freedom, whose grandfather or great-grandfather was a foot soldier during the Great Hunger, and he confirms that the Sassenach took the crops to feed their own bastards and left the natives to starve.

After I read that in the Irish People (the Voice of Irish Republicanism in America), which no longer publishes in print, that was my political turning point.

I was embittered for many years after that, but now I have come to terms with it; what goes around comes around, and someday we'll be running that whole "archipelago" without the dilettantes and their servants and lackeys. Tony Blair is not such a bad guy in that regard; I think history will record that his administrations were the turning point. That was also the genius of Mick Collins, he used those grievances against the Brits, and brought them to their knees at the age of 30.

I'd really like to visit some parts of Glasgow (Govan, Gorbals, Bailliestown) or outside (Coatbridge, Carfin) where I would not have to run in to the sassenach any more than is absolutely necessary. I hear there is a wild club called the Emerald Else where they throw darts at the old bitch's arse (you know the QE2).

Bring Robert and we'll make it (at least) a foursome.

Sorry I wasn't able to contact you earlier but I have ben sick with bronchitis, and sleeping a lot.

Sorry you didn't like my edit to Ramelton, but that's life.

Anyway I want to give you my email address if you ever want to contact me personally; I don't think it's appropriate to engage in personal conversations on wiki time and space.

MY DEAR FRIEND CAMILLUS edit

A chairde:

I do not know this Robert chap you keep obsessing about; is it like Keyzer Soze??

I though you were Scottish--why are you using Irish insults??

It is not my fault if you allow Demiurge, who is neither more nor less than a paid (or otherwise) apologeticist and censor on issues that concern us all to do your dirty work for you.

I really hope and pray our friendship will survive this trauma and we can meet in Glasgow as planned.

Is mise le meas.

Your friend,

Brandubh
