RD Reynolds edit

There are 2 RD Reynolds's. the Wrestlecrap one, and the Fruity Pebbles one. Perhaps this should be noted on the relevant pages? (only an idiot would say this).

  • I have no idea where you saw that, the only RD Reynolds that comes up on Google that has any mentions of Fruity Pebbles is from all the vandalism from here DX927 23:06, 7 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
  • DX927, I had a lapse of judgment at the time. I know now what is going on. Now, that section is deleted. COOLRUNNER87 06:45, 9 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
    • You also seem to be famous, the Wrestlecrap entry at Encylopedia Dramatica has you mentioned specifically. When you see who added it, it'll make perfect sense. DX927 22:01, 10 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
    • I should have figured. That user Sammydavis has some major issues. COOLRUNNER87 23:22, 10 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
The page got the lock removed and there's been nothing but vandalism since. DX927 (talk) 18:45, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
Again, lildude? Man, ECW500 (or ECW100 on the WC Forums) is just a.... I dunno what to say about him. COOLRUNNER87 (talk) 18:29, 18 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
Someone labeled both of us as sock puppets on here too. I removed both of them and I'm having the admin that protected RD Reynolds to look into it. DX927 (talk) 19:04, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
The issue I think (more experienced people may disagree) is that the IP edits come from the 41.245 range. This range is a broadband IP address range used in South Africa. As it's from a dynamic IP range only a range block would work - an option with the probable consequence of blocking many good users. I think the best option is to ignore them. Sorry you considered my edits as vandalism. I was just changing Tony Atlas' birthday to 1944, because he and I are tight (we have wrestled for each others promotions!) and I happen to know for a FACT he was born in 1944, my best friends I celebrated his 62nd birthday with him in on April 23, 2006. There is a video on youtube from a show I promoted where Tony declares "I was born in this wonderful country in 1944!" 69.207.244.232 (talk) 11:15, 6 January 2009 (UTC) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-DZeh3TyYo 69.207.230.164 (talk) 18:00, 10 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Like I said, I don't mean to argue, I was simply trying to correct a birthdate of someone I know in person like the back of my own hand. I'm sure most the people that keep changing it to be wrong have never met him. He has told me that he used to take 10 years off his age to help get bookings (you and I being in the biz both know how hard it gets for older guy to get work) but he has since stopped doing that and is starting to come out with his REAL birthday, as my video shows, and I believe wikipedia should be for ACCURATE information. Thank you 69.207.230.164 (talk) 12:45, 23 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of WXUT edit

A tag has been placed on WXUT requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.
