Request reason:

I have not violated any guidelines. The wikipedia guidelines state that sock puppetry is not allowed on the basis of violating guidelines and committing unethical actions on wikipedia. I have done none of that. I contacted Admin Liz and Explicit with great respect and requested that the article "Sayed Noorullah Jalili" be unprotected so I can write. I am trying to write a more neutral article and also contribute to the wikipedia community. I have done nothing out of bad intention or faith. Please consider my request and unblock my account. Even so, I have declared my conflict of interest and am willing to move past it and write a neutral article. I have drafted a new and improved and more neutral article which you can read for yourself and I am just trying to get it published on here for encyclopedic purposes. I have done nothing harmful to the community otherwise and I see these blocks as unnecessary and unhelpful. COEUS1 (talk) 07:01, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

Unfortunately, an admin has blocked my talk page access and therefore, I was forced to create a new account. I have no malicious intent and the rest is stated above.

Then you must use WP:UTRS to make unblock requests. Creating new accounts to evade the block only makes things worse for you and ensures that anyone attempting to write about Mr. Jalili will be blocked. 331dot (talk) 08:27, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

As you can see above, my unblock request has been denied. As you may understand, once you're blocked on here, I really don't see a way past it. If I were to make an unblock request through WP:UTRS, I am sure that it will get denied again. However, as you can see, I have declared my conflict of interest, not used my account for anything malicious or negatively-contributing towards the community, and I have actually contributed by making edits to other pages as well. I have not used this sock puppet account for anything wrong, I've abided by wikipedia guidelines. Please assist me in this regard,

I received your email. I have no interest in helping you publish your draft, leaving aside that doing so would get me blocked and possibly stripped of my admin status. Any need you have to write about Mr. Jalili is, to be frank, not my problem. No one on this planet will be permitted to write about Mr. Jalili on the English Wikipedia as they will be blocked as sockpuppets of you, even if they are someone else.

We help new users who are fully honest about their intentions. You have not been from the start. In August when you can request unblock under the standard offer, your only chance at being unblocked is if you fully disclose the nature of your conflict of interest and convince us that you will abide by policies in the future. I'm sorry that you feel that way. Just about every word you wrote in that email was incorrect. No one is discouraged who is honest and abides by policies. You've said you were leaving before, and came back. Maybe you mean it this time, it doesn't matter. Again, until the block on your original account is removed, no one will be allowed to create an article about Mr. Jalili, if he even merits one.
