August 2016 edit

Hello, I'm Robvanvee. I noticed that you made a change to an article, John Romero, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Deletion discussion about Bongo's Bash edit

Hello, Buzzpuzzle,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Bongo's Bash should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bongo's Bash .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Editing about Gabrielle Zevin edit

Hi there. I understand that you really want to make sure that Brenda Romero gets credit for being the creator of a real board game that inspired a fictional video game in Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, a fact that has already been identified and acknowledged. Your history of editing Brenda Romero-related content in the encyclopedia is certainly consistent! But trying to make "controversy" happen in the articles on the author and on the book, well, that's just using Wikipedia to attack someone, isn't it? Please stop doing that.

Additionally, I highly recommend that you disclose any connection you have to Brenda Romero, since there are various TOS and guideline issues involved with editing about yourself or someone to whom you have connections (or with whom you have personal issues). I'd rather not take this to the noticeboards, since that often ends in blocks and other unpleasant things. But if you keep trying to use Wikipedia to advance a personal agenda, that's where we're headed. So, just give this a rethink, please? Thanks.
