What does "non-fl' mean?

Non-favorable light. Maybe not the best term but I thought it might be the most generic, least agitating and, once put into our jargon, the most desciptive of the challenge that faces us. It's a term that seems to be used in the many conversations (which, btw, I'm having a hard time keeping up with. ```Buster Seven Talk 19:52, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
