Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ awards edit

Hello & welcome to Wikipedia! I reverted the edits that you made to Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ for a few reasons:

  • The information needs to be translated into English if it is to reside on the English language version of Wikipedia. Especially the category names.
  • There are a ton of red links, which makes me believe the awards are not notable enough to warrant such a long list.
  • The formatting is strange. There appear to be random numbers at the beginning of some of the company names.
  • The formatting of the references is bad. Some of them are just links. Take a look at the citing sources information and spend some time formatting them correctly.
  • It's odd that he won everything he was nominated for. Are there awards that he didn't win, perhaps from more notable organizations? List some of those too so that the list doesn't seem biased.

Here's my advice (not that you asked for it  ):

  1. Start smaller. Add a few to begin with, perhaps the most notable ones like those from companies that have entries on Wikipedia.
  2. Spend some time filling out all of the information in the references.
  3. Include some awards that he was nominated for but didn't win.

Let me know if you have questions–I'd be happy to help you out! – gwendy (talk) 22:37, 10 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hey @Burak199219982: How about if you work on a draft of the awards table in your sandbox, rather than on the live page? I'll help you work through it/ give feedback until we agree that it's in good enough shape for the live article. You can just click on the Sandbox in the top menu of your page to create the standbox.
Also, you can reply to me here on your talk page (I'm watching it) so that our conversation is all in one place (and visible to anyone that has complaints about your editing to see we are working together). – gwendy (talk) 15:46, 11 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
