Speedy deletion nomination of Testtable edit

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. --SquidSK (1MClog) 21:35, 9 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Fair use images edit

I'm assuming that this is for Wapos Bay: The Series? If that's the case, upload the image, put it in the article, and put the following on the image page:

{{non-free fair use in|Wapos Bay: The Series}}

{{Non-free use rationale

| Description = A screenshot of Wapos Bay: The Series

| Source = SAY WHERE YOU GOT THE IMAGE

| Article = Wapos Bay: The Series

| Portion = Entire image

| Low_resolution = Yes

| Purpose = To illustrate important elements of the show in an article about the show. As television is a visual medium, inclusion of images is critical to the reader's understanding of the subject.

| Replaceability = None; the characters and all screenshots from Wapos Bay are copyrighted and unlicensed.

| other_information = }}

The all caps bit should be replaced by the place you got the image, obviously. A couple of other things to note:

  • the image should be of a resolution not higher than 100,000 pixels.
  • I see you're developing a new version of the Wapos Bay page at User:BunnySound/test. Wikipedia policy allows non-free images to be used only in the article space, so please do not include the image in the draft version on your user page; you can add it if and when you move the draft into the article space.

Please let me know if you have any more questions. Steve Smith (talk) 15:15, 12 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

I think "Wapos Bay Productions" would be good. If the image is somewhere on their website, you could link to that too. Also, I forgot to mention, you'll also need to put this on the image description page:

{{Information

| Description = A screenshot of Wapos Bay: The Series (FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE A MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION)

| Source = Wapos Bay Productions

| Date = THE APPROXIMATE AIR DATE OF THE EPISODE, IF YOU HAVE IT. IF YOU'RE NOT SURE, A YEAR SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT

| Author = Wapos Bay Productions

| Permission = Permission has been granted for use on Wikipedia only. Notwithstanding that permission, fair use is claimed. }} Steve Smith (talk) 21:56, 12 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
