I want to apologize for the actions I took on Wikipedia in 2017. I was very young and foolish. Since this time I have met the man of my dreams. I have lost weight as my mom and dad sent me to Camp Shane. I have become very mature and confident. I apologize for creating many accounts. I apologize for impersonating others. I apologize for my poor quality edits. I am very interested in video games and I want to make edits to improve video game pages and pages for politics and rock music. If I am unblocked I promise to only make high quality edits to improve Wikipedia and I will only use this account. Please consider my request and you will not regret unblocking me. Decline reason:

This doesn't come remotely close to being sufficient. First, procedural... you created so many sockpuppet accounts, you are now considered banned, not just blocked. WP:UNBAN tells you how to contest the ban. Second, you need to address your apparent general pattern of racial slurs. Third, you talk about 2017 but your behaviour was continuing at least as recently as late 2018. Fourth, you need to list all of your sockpuppet accounts.
