Wikipedia Improvements

Wikipedia is a free dictionary but I have heard of cases where people's user pages are being deleted either accidentally or purposefully. I strongly suggest that Wikipedia should have a restriction such that people who are not logged in cannot edit any user pages, whereas people logged in can edit ONLY their own user page.Bryanwang (talk) 06:33, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Another thing I have noticed is that user talk pages are often abused and are often not signed, thus resulting in confusions among users. I suggest that Wikipedia can have a moderator for the talk pages such that the language and people are controlled and the talk pages are not used for chatting.Bryanwang (talk) 06:33, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
