Thanks!. {{Proposed deletion}} is to be used (quoting from the documentation) "where it is believed that the deletion would be uncontroversial." I am confident that this would not be uncontroversial. Regarding your expressed concern, please see WP:COMMONNAME and please note the assertion at https://www.traffickfree.com/soap/ saying, "S.O.A.P. was founded by author, advocate and survivor, Theresa Flores."
