Hey, Freeda! I just thought I'd let you know I'm in St. Clair Drake right now also, making changes. Should we aim for different sections to keep out of edit conflicts? Or just keep at it however we like? :-) Jwrosenzweig (talk) 03:35, 18 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi, James! Sorry, I only just saw this now. I think I'd actually finished up what I was working on by 10:30 last night. So however you left the article is probably fine. We made it to 20,000+ bytes, so at least that happened! I will maybe have sometime when I'm on the reference desk this afternoon to look over it again, and maybe clean up the citations or something. I feel pretty good about how it has turned out, and I think I can present some good results to my bosses and such! Brookfre (talk) 14:25, 18 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Library Juice Academy – collaborations – events edit

Hi Freeda! I'm Kevin – I live in Des Moines, and I also lead Wikimedians of Iowa User Group, the Wikimedia Foundation's affiliate in Iowa. RachelWex, a librarian in Minnesota, and I were so excited to see your Library Juice Academy course entitled Wikipedia for Libraries and Archives! I'm really glad to see that local institutions are starting to reach out into the Wikipedia sphere. The day after tomorrow, in fact, ActionableIdeas at UNI is hosting an Art+Feminism editathon, which really made my day to see.

I'll be sending you an email soon, but please don't hesitate to reach out to me if I can be of any help! I'd be glad to offer any assistance with organizing or hosting events and to help provide any practical expertise that you might find useful. Thanks!
