Reply to your message edit

Hi there. The reason that I removed the content that I did was because of the fact that it was not supported by a reliable source. Per Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons, any contentious material about living people that does not have a reliable sources supporting it must be removed immediately. The only source provided for the content that was added was a Daily Mail article, which is not considered to be a reliable source per WP:DAILYMAIL. XXX8906 (talk) 14:09, 23 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thank you! I'm very new to this. OK, so whoever is posting an update needs to probably use court records as a source? This guy has been a close colleague of mine for nearly 20 years, we're doing all we can to tidy up the mess and limit the damage to our reputation as a music department. I can't edit the page myself yet, but I'll pass this info on. Apart from anything else, the person who keeps re-inserting the conviction for child abuse is a terrible writer...
