Ritualistic child abuse

A tag has been placed on Ritualistic child abuse, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Satanic ritual abuse, without explaining the reason for the removal in the edit summary. Unexplained removal of content does not appear constructive, and your edit has been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Thank you. Please do not use talk pages such as Satanic ritual abuse for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. See here for more information. Thank you.

This is completely unacceptable. If you are unable to adhere to the talk page guidelines, please do not post on wikipedia talk pages. Review WP:TALK, WP:NOT and the subsection WP:SOAP - you may have an opinion but this is an unacceptable way of expressing it. Wikipedia works through consensus and blanking discussion is both stupid (because pages revisions are kept in the history) and disruptive. Talk pages are not for providing opinions about topics, they are for dicussing changes and improvements to mainspace pages. Please provide an opinion or reference if you have one, otherwise do not post disruptively. WLU (talk) 14:46, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
