Mentioning an appearance and over-relying on press releases

Hello. Please be more careful when adding that people have appeared on a certain program. This appears to be promotional, since appearances are not, by themselves, all that noteworthy, especially not without WP:SECONDARY sources explaining why they're significant. Additionally, it would be a good idea to hold back on the use of press releases as sources. As a general rule of thumb, if the only thing you can find mentioning a fact is a press release promoting something, it's probably not worth including in Wikipedia.
