Hey :-) edit
It's "He/she is not a big fish" - without the ability to add accents in my username I was forced to use regular ASCII characters on Kuro5hin :-) Then I migrated over here and kept the same name! It doesn't mean anything at all... I was learning Mandarin at one point, and in my book it had that sequence of words. My flatmate and me had a chuckle over it, and I made it as a username, never expecting my involvement to become much in both sites.
