Apology

I would like to apologise to you for the entirely unjustified accusation of sockpuppetry which I made against you. To make it absolutely clear;

• I was mistaken in believing the image had not been vandalised
• I was mistaken in believing that all the good faith attempts to correct the vandalism were sockpuppetry
• I committed a bad error of judgement in continuing the accusation of sockpuppetry even after I had realised that the it was true the image had been vandalised
• It was also bad judgement on my part to rush into opening sockpuppetry cases when I knew I would shortly be offline for several days. There was absolutely no reason to do this, there was no urgency.

Once again I offer my apologies. I have not posted to the original cases as they have both now been closed, but if you wish me to make a post there, or there is anything else I can do to put this right, please just ask. SpinningSpark 22:09, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
