2008 Formula One season edit

Please be more mature when editing articles. Adding a statement such as this is most certainly not welcome, and does not help anyone.

Also, do not ignore warnings on articles that in place for a good reason and due to consensus. There is reasoning behind these warnings and your blatant ignoring of them is going to be reverted every time. The359 (talk) 20:18, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Spyker F8-VII edit

Please do not change the title of this article again. Although Force India may use the car for the beginning of 2008, this does not warrant the changing of the article title. Spyker will have used the car for much longer and in more races than Force India. Also, there is no proof that Force India will retain the F8-VII name, even if the car remains physically similar. (South) Korean Grand Prix edit

Hi Bouncedebounce. I notice that you recently moved Korean Grand Prix to South Korean Grand Prix. I was wondering, do you have a reference which indicates that the race will be called the "South Korean Grand Prix" rather than the "Korean Grand Prix"? Most of the Google search results suggest the race will be called just the "Korean Grand Prix". Thanks. DH85868993 (talk) 01:31, 20 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

To clarify, per WP:NAME grand prix races go by their official traditional name per the FIA, not their country base. As this is being called the Korean Grand Prix, if you have a source showing the race will be generally called the South Korean Grand Prix, please let folks at WP:F1 know. Korean Grand Prix / South Korean Grand Prix

True, it is being held in South Korea. However, we have had things like the Luxembourg Grand Prix held at a track in Germany. A Grand Prix receives the name that it will commonly be given, and in this case it looks like everyone sees the race at the Korean International Circuit as The Korean Grand Prix. Do you have a source from a sporting body (the only thing that matters here) that the race will be named differently? Guroadrunner (talk) 22:08, 21 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

2008 Singapore Grand Prix edit

Hi, I've noticed you have moved the article to 2008 Singapore Night Grand Prix. Please take a look at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Formula_One#2008_Singapore_Grand_Prix, where we are discussing if the new title is an appropriate one. - oahiyeel talk 19:57, 4 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

2009 Formula One season edit

Do not add drivers to the table of teams without references which confirm that they have been signed to that team for that position. It appears you were simply putting guesses onto the chart, and this is not what Wikipedia is for. The359 (talk) 19:11, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

F1 2009 (video game) edit

Hello. I have deleted the "Drivers and Teams" table from the article for F1 2009 (video game), because we do not know this. What are Codemasters going to do about driver changes, for instance? If you question this, please click here and leave me a message. Thanks, Darth Newdar talk 07:45, 30 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
